Psychosocial risk at work

In October 2024 the Department of Occupational Safety and Health published its Guidelines on Psychosocial Risk Assessment and Management at the Workplace, which set out how employers can meet the risk assessment duty under the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994. The guidelines call for training for managers and employees, and name referral to counsellors and industrial psychologists among the appropriate actions where a case needs professional attention.

The training and awareness sessions I deliver are intended to meet the training part of that framework. TBC
